The client is a dynamic and growing Enterprise Performance Management consultancy, with a primary practice in the Oracle – Hyperion Performance Suite of Products and Oracle Business Intelligence. The client is seeking a skilled Hyperion Planning Consultant to join their expanding team focused on the Cloud strategy – Oracle’s Planning Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS).

EPM Cloud/PBCS Job Responsibilities:
- Help lead and mentor a growing team
- Translate strategic business needs into practical architecture and budgeting / reporting solutions
- Assist in sales cycles with demonstrations and setting the right vision
- Define systems strategy; develop systems requirements; design, prototype, implement and launch solutions
- Create necessary project plans during client design sessions
- Proactively and frequently communicate with customers to build and maintain a solid working relationship
- Tactically develop Hyperion environments in alignment with design – dimensions, forms, reports, security, data integration and migrations
- Design and build required reports using Hyperion reporting applications
- Optimization of applications
Minimum Requirements for Consultant Applicants:
- 4 year degree in Finance/Accounting
- Hyperion Certified Professional for Essbase and/or Planning
- Advanced analytical, diagnostic and technical skills
- Understanding of Finance business processes, including forecasting and budgeting cycles and actual corporate reporting requirements
- Knowledge and ability to comprehend analytical models and their concepts from across a client’s entire organization
- Project Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel 50% without restrictions
- Comfortable working from home & equipped to do so successfully
Preferred Skills for Applicants:
- Experience using Financial Data Management and Aggregate Storage
- In-depth knowledge of calculation writing
- Corporate FP&A experience
